The staff here are absolutely excellent, and they go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. However, the walls of the small units are quite thin, and you will definitely hear the neighbors. I also appreciated the flavor of the dishes at the restaurant, although the portions were very small. Thankfully, this is one of the few hotels in a zone where you can walk to stuff nearby.

What a great concept - a not for profit hotel group benefitting various charities. There are good hotels in guatamala city, Antigua Guatamala London and Amsterdam. Contemporary design and clean and great locations!

A teeny room, not comfortable for two. and unsuitable for a long stay. Awkward for a couple to access/leave the bed. No closet. no drawers, no fridge. no TV. Small desk. only one electric outlet.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Well designed room with lovely balcony. The restaurant was stylish with a great view. Zone 4 was a fun area and it was easy to get to the airport and other areas.
