"Great location and hotel, good breakfast choice (only fruit and toast for us as vegans but that suited us). Good cooks, the hotel organised our transfer to them, plus 2 trips while we visited which were not excwntly organised throughout"

"Our experience was amazing!! The resort was beautiful and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our family of 4 stayed in one room and were very comfortable. The tv stations were in Spanish only so that was the only negative I could say about it. Highly recommend it. "

"Lovely two-night stay at the lodge with dinner both nights. Clean & comfortable rooms (no view) and stellar service for all meals, breakfast and dinner. We did the takeaway breakfast one morning, which wasn’t great, but they had it ready for us a half hour earlier than they usually open, so…. All in all an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!"

It is a hidden gem, with beautiful spacious and clean rooms, amazing clean hot pools, beautiful grounds and views of the Arenal Volcano, and little bonuses like the Finca Cafe and the new infinity pool overlooking the volcano! Staff is amazing and helpful for anything you need for your stay in the La Fortuna area. Great breakfast cafe included, and the restaurant is very good and has live music...
