"Excellent place to stay in the middle of the forest. The view of the Volcano is mesmerizing. The Birds around the property are amazing. They put the food for the birds at 6.30 am and 1.30 pm, they forgot to put it in the morning when we were there. The birds still came looking for it as I was there from 5.30 am. Still the place was worth it. Reasonable breakfast. "

"The staff here was so kind and supportive especially since we had a problem with our room lock and they transferred us to an even better room for no additional fee within minutes. And they also gave us a free dinner so we were super super happy and it’s a beautiful resort.! "

"Enjoyed this property and staff was so nice and accommodating. I had emailed them through Expedia app letting them know we were severely delayed bc of our flight. When I arrived at midnight, they had my paperwork and keys laid out for me ( since no one was at desk). That was so helpful because I just needed to crash. Free breakfast was good and tasty. It's not a lush place, but definitely a good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again."
