"Aunque solo me quedé una noche disfruté mucho de la atención que le brindan a sus huéspedes. Atentos a detalles. Yo tuve una situación de que sin querer se me quedó un objeto de valor y estando en el aeropuerto para irme me percaté. Me puse en contacto con ellos y coordinamos un uber para que me llevara mis pertenencias y el encargado de recepción estuvo en todo momento en comunicación conmigo. 20/10! Excelente servicio !!!"

"Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. Only negative was water never really gets hot but...

"Nice stay in this facility. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. Lovely old building. Room was clean. Location was ok for downtown SJ but extra care needed in area very close by. Wouldn't want to stray too far in the wrong direction after dark ( or early Sunday morning as we did !) would recommend this place. "

"We must have low standards. I read some reviews on this hotel that complained about dingy/shredding towels; no window, etc. We had a room with a window opening to the hallway and hallway magically turned into a courtyard with daylight and delightful sounds of birds. Our towels were not the whitest or newest, but we weren’t looking for pristine towels. But I’ll tell you the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive; the food in their restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was large...
