This is our second time to stay at this hotel staff is very friendly, and the dining options are amazing as well as the shopping options. I had a medical emergency and there was a private hospital called Cima I was a two minute drive to get there

The breakfast was great. For lunch and dinner you can either walk minutes for upscale dining or 13 minutes walk to Multiplaza with 365 stores and every fast food place. The hotel does not have the tropical Costa Rica vibe. The pool is small but clean. Most tours pick up from hotel which is convenient.

My first check in was not that good I was totally ignored I am a regular guest at the hotel, but due to the pandemic I wasn’t able to travel , but Diane at the front desk came and checked me in and made sure I was straight.
