"This is a wonderful lodge for birding. You will see Resplendent Quetzals on the early morning tour (thank you to the guide!), and many other special species in Costa Rica right in the gardens and at your cabin windows (Long-tailed silky flycatcher and volcano hummingbird, for instance). This is a beautiful property, well maintained and quiet. You do have to walk on narrow pathways up and down a hillside to the cabins. "Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. "I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! An enjoyable and relaxing stay in San Jose

"A relaxing an enjoyable stay at the Park Inn. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and very clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a nice swimming pool area and gym which I used each day. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast provided by the hotel was nice but not a lot of variety (I had breakfast 5 days). A ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional. "
