If you just take the time to explain your situation they can go above and beyond and be very understanding to your situation. I love this hotel and will never stay anywhere else. "Great location for us to be close to family in Novato and Petaluma. This was our second stay here and it has been great both times. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very well managed, always clean, and food/drinks restocked quickly. We will stay here again on our next visit."

"Overall a nice stay, a couple opportunities for improvement. The Pros: Great location, charming building, room was very clean, bed was super comfy, service was friendly. Cons: I've never heard noisier pipes in my life! Bring earplugs because if the room next to you is taking a shower, you're going to KNOW IT lol, it was unreal how loud the plumbing was.
