Was prompt in getting back on the AC/Heat issue we had. The issue began the day before we left so Iā€™m sure it was addressed the next day."

"The overall condition of this property was a disgrace. False advertising on the description of the property. The sofa bed was broken and tied together with wire. There was 1 fork and 1 glass in the kitchen. 1 light bulb in each fixture. The curtain rod was tied to the wall with wire. The toilet paper holder was broken. The cranks on the windows were broken. "Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach."

"Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The first night when I took a shower the drain was clogged, so I had to unclog it. The shower grout had some mold on different spots. The guardrail on the second floor landing to the right of the entry door is so loose that I thought I was going to fall over when I leaned on it. The place does need some upkeep.
