"Kim's condo made a wonderful home for my crew during Spring Break. Communication with her was great. The home was clean and had all the necessary items. We enjoyed cooking breakfast, then walking out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful blue water and white sand.. The complex was safe and secure and has pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts which helped keep my crew entertained. There was plenty other entertainment and food nearby, even within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!"

"Had couple of issues but was quickly resolve by hotels. Com and the front lady name Vicky. Was put on the wrong room but next day Vicky was able to accommodate me and my husband on a better room that it was actually reserved. The hotel was nice, atmosphere was great, The view on the beachfront balcony was amazing after we was moved. Overall I had an amazing birthday weekend. Ps not the greatest weather but we still manage to have a great time and when we arrived was the last day of certain spring breakers "

"The condo was exactly as described with breathtaking views. Communication with host was also good. Kenny was very prompt responding to any messages i sent. The condo was clean and pretty well kept. The fact that had a washer and dryer was super helpful being on vacation with my husband and 2 kids. I love that it had the bunks for the kids and pretty far from the bedroom for privacy. The property was also pretty well kept. They had security which were very nice and help make kids and i feel more comfortable. The only downside is we were there on spring break and knew it may be a little rowdy but, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but still a lot of college kids being loud and partying. Which kept me up a little bit later than I planned a few nights because the restaurants/clubs across the street and well as The vomitron/slingshot. The location of the summit Is perfect walking distance to a lot of Activities, As well as a short drive To ripley's believe it or not, arcades, Mini golf, shopping, A small amusement park and so much more. Only Thing I would do different is probably come a different time of year becauseIt was cold And rainy first couple nights, and Maybe a calmer time of year where could use The hot tubs. They stayed filled with college kids all day and night. As far as the condo maybe some funiture updates and a foam mattress pad, and minor maintenance to bathroom/tub,/ceilings as well as none slip bathmat but, other than that i would definitely stay again"
