"We loved this property. It is right on 30A, has a view of the ocean (from the rooftop balcony), and is close to the subdivision entrance. VERY convenient to walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary Beach downtown, pretty much anything. The four bikes- huge plus and again, so convenient. Also- the beach chairs and umbrellas were such a wonderful touch. The owners have considered the guest experience and have made an excellent effort to ensure the stay is hassle-free. "The overall condition of this property was a disgrace. False advertising on the description of the property. The sofa bed was broken and tied together with wire.
