A) right next to the Town of Rosemary Beach, with its own brand new large 2 pools and spa/ hot tub , children pool and restaurants and grocery store on site and market plaza, bike rental.The Village of South Walton has everything a family could ask for. Explore the shops, fine dining, the sights at Rosemary Beach and the nearby seaside villages. Other recreation in the area, including parks, tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, are all at a walking distance. On site, at the Village , we have a very good steak and seafood restaurant, Deli for lunch and casual dinner.
The pool is right there, next to the condo. You can see your kids from the back balcony.
Each seaside village along 30-A, including Seaside, Water Color and Grayton Beach, has its own style but their common denominator is fun and relaxation as a way of life. There are many unique and fascinating little shops and gourmet restaurants. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is at walking distance from our condo. There you can play 36 holes and they have a professional driving range.

We offer a fully furnished, brand new, elegantly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen, laundromat washer and dryer in the building. The third floor, ocean view balcony, overlooks the plaza , and beach access is a pleasant 7 minute walk away. There is a complimentary tram shuttle to the beach .It runs every 30 min. or you can call them when you need them

The master suite has a king size bed and a double vanity bathroom with a jacuzzi type jet tub and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms and the living room have a television and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops, fine wood cabinets and a large dining area. The floor is beautifully covered with Travertine stone that extends all the way to the balcony. 10 foot ceilings!!!

Escape the overcrowded beaches, traffic, and high rise buildings of nearby popular vacation spots, like Destin and Panama City Beach, and instead, discover a scenic, peaceful, unique destination at Seacrest and Rosemary beaches. We love our condo and we keep it mint for your pleasure. The best upscale living location in the Panhandle. The Village is about excellent quality of life. It is located on East County Highway 30-A right next to Rosemary Beach and a 5 minute drive east to Panama City Beach.

Spring Break

Property was a bit dated, but we knew it would be based on pictures. Location CANNOT be beat. We loved opening the doors and hearing live music and access to bikes, shops and restaurants. We were missing hangers and management gave us some promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This Seacrest condo is the ideal location in the heart of the action... with a wonderful view of the lawn and activity below and immediate access to restaurants, shops and Rosemary. The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable and Juan is very responsive and welcoming! We cant wait to come back!

Great Location and Amenities

Location is superb, central to the village in Seacrest Beach, which is a block away from Rosemary Beach town center and Alys Beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Pool was very convenient too. Beach access was straightforward. No parking hassles behind the building. All in all, the condo is well furnished and we had a wonderful time; Juan was very helpful and very reachable.

Great Location

Accessibility to Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach restaurants and activities was GREAT! Roomy condo overlooking 30A made it an overall great location for our first time in that area. The unit was spacious although a bit dated. There were areas in the bathrooms that needed repair or to be sanitized a bit more. The property owner was very responsive to an issue reported so that was much appreciated. Again, overall a great stay.

Good for stay in season

The condo is large, comfortable and well supplied. The location is convenient to Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach. Unfortunately, in January when we were there the pools are closed, the shuttle does not run, most of the restaurants and shops below are closed and the hot tub was out of order for a week. We were surprised that the unit was not better soundproofed, there was a lot of noise from the units above and beside ours, but I am sure it would not bother a large family.

The furniture was outdated, for what I paid. No mattress on twin beds, no light bulb in only lamp in a bedroom, bathroom had burned out bulb. Twin beds were no comfortable at all, location was prime.

Best communication ever

Juan was so prompt answering any questions that I had. The property was gorgeous and spotless. There was plenty of room for my daughter and I to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, which is one of my top priorities. You could see the ocean from the balcony. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We walked to Alys Beach one day and it was gorgeous (the town-didn’t actually see the beach). It was so cold while we were there, but the condo stayed warm and had beautiful views. All of the living room furniture was comfortable and looks much better than the pictures. You can’t go by the pictures on this one. It looks much better in person. Also a very short walk to Rosemary. There was a lot of construction around town, this time of year, but not on the buildings we were in. Otherwise it’s really quiet. Thanks to Juan for sharing his beautiful space with us!!!
