Welcome to Villas at Seacrest 401C!

Villas at Seacrest is a luxurious four-story condominium along the beautiful 19-mile beachfront road (#30-A), with a gulf-view front side and a beautiful 12,000 square foot pool at the rear. 

- This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is perfect for large parties, with spacious rooms and a large living area, offering a wonderful and relaxing balcony view of the lagoon pool. 
- The villa is beautifully decorated for maximum comfort, creating a light beachy atmosphere and a sense of a home away from home.
 - Updated unit with parking available for 2 cars, but no golf carts allowed.

Other features of our beach residence:
- Carefree check-in after 4 pm CST, providing over 2000 square feet of living space on the 4th floor, along with a spacious 100+ square feet balcony. 
- Comfortable seating for 6 in the living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that seats up to 10. - Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffeemaker. 
- Master bedroom with a king bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, along with a master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
 - Second bedroom with a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom designed as a kid-friendly suite with a queen bed, bunk beds with a trundle, and a 32” flat-screen TV, alongside wireless internet access and a washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit.

- Accessibility to activities and amenities is guaranteed with a three-minute stroll to the shops and cafes of Rosemary Beach or the Gulf of Mexico’s crystal clear waters and white sand, or a complimentary golf cart ride to the beach.
- A variety of experiences await, from access to a seventeen-mile bike/jogging trail and the pool entrance gate just outside your door, to dining at five-star restaurants, playing golf at the Tom Fazio designed “Camp Creek” course, or shopping at quaint boutiques - all offering an escape from the ordinary and a dream Italian villa vacation experience.

The penthouse view of the pool during the day and evening was magical. Great location, close to everything, pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space too.

Great spot for a girls trip!
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, spacious and beautiful. We loved the pools and the location was perfect to get around.

Love this beautiful place !
Spacious, well located, wonderfully decorated with a super size pool and patio that overlooks it in all it's glory, this is a wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance of the most beautiful part of 30a, great restaurants and the beach you will feel like royalty in this penthouse condominium.

Great July 4th stay for our family. Everything was right at our fingertips. Cafe at the pool was convenient for all! The condo was more than accomdating for 6 adults and 3 children. Will be back!

Perfect... well maintained and well appointed. You have to walk or take the tram to get to the beach, but the pool is beautiful. 4th floor condo overlooking complex has a great view. Bike rentals and shops all close by - we loved it

The perfect spring break getaway!
Our condo was great! No complaints at all. The weather was absolutely perfect. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes around Rosemary. All of the restaurants had amazing food and service. Our two favorites, Georges and La Cocina. The pool and ocean water was a little chilly but that’s to be expected in March. 30A is the best beach town for families who want to relax in a kid friendly atmosphere.

GORGEOUS CONDO
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! We loved cooking in and looking over at the fountain at the pool! The jacuzzi in the master is fabulous. The condo is huge and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great for couples with children! You don't even have to get in your car once you get there. You can walk to fine dining and coffee shop and shopping. We had an excellent trip! Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo.

Great Florida Vacation
This property is very nice and we found it to be very clean. the furniture looks to be newer and the kitchen was well stocked. The location overlooking the pool was great. A little noisy but it did not bother us at all. The beach is a close walk. We also loved that everything is walkable. We made one trip to the grocery store and then never got in the car again!

This property had recently been updated and renovated so the pics on the listing are out dated. The unit is much nicer than even in the pics. My only complaint was the master bed and the couch. Both not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Great unit if you like the smell of fish!!
This unit was nice and the location is amazing but it smelled like fish!! We called the property manager, Best Beach Getaways, several times and asked them to address the issue but they never sent anyone. Terrible customer service!! If there was a different management company would totally stay here again! Bring air freshener if you don’t like the smell of fish!!!

The condo is in a great location. It is beautiful... We did enjoy the condo as well as the pool. No drinks allowed within 4 feet of pool per security walking around. We had issues with ceiling fans to each room being on same remote ( so if you turn a fan off in one room it turns another room off), master bedroom extremely hot, ceiling fan remote doesn't work, could not have fan on without light, no blankets except a thin one with sheets on beds, no extra blankets, washier stopped working with a load of towels in it- so we couldn't wash at all. Def needs some maintaining done as well as better communication with maintenance at times- like after hours. We were a group of moms and made the most of our trip and birthday celebration, but it was a let down at times with the issues.

Beautiful home
Although this wasn’t our 1st choice property (1st choice flooded a few days before arrival) this beautiful home was a great 2nd choice for us. The furniture, appliances, bedding, and towels all seemed new and fresh. The balconies off the large bedrooms was a very nice Plus. The positives for sure were comfortable beds, walkable community and spacious pool with food and drink. The negatives for the home were just this one. There were too many remotes to navigate the main tv. With 4 tech savvy adults who read all of the provided directions, we still had trouble making it work. Besides that ONE negative the house was perfect. We did want to mention some other issues not related to the house but related to our stay. The beach access was way too small for the size of the community that had access to it. The one day we went we could not find a spot to sit. It was elbow to elbow out there. This is one big turn off that will make me look elsewhere next time even though the house and community were beautiful. The security guard was a real jerk too when we were trying to pass through.
