"When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children"

"5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well. "

"We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction."

"The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of six (parents and adult children) and is dog friendly. It is in a quiet area and right outside the back door is an area to take your dogs out. It’s a close walk to all the shops at Rosemary Beach and to the beach. We had a great Thanksgiving week."
