"It was nice and updated. Staff was very friendly. They were short staffed so our first room wasn’t cleaned properly. Due to an employee who usually works in laundry having to be moved to cleaning rooms. The person at the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. It was clean and updated. We would stay again ❤️"

"Quirky boutique hotel on a main street in Elkins. Adequate parking behind the hotel in a gravel lot with access to the hotel. Check-in staff was friendly and efficient. Our room on the 6th floor was near the elevator but quiet. It came with amenities and extra towels. The usual sort of breakfast was included and served on the bar off the lobby. Check out was easy. The window in our bathroom did not close all the way and it was cold inside and out. The bar/restaurant off the lobby did not...

"House was a little worn, but not too bad. Hot tub worked but made ENORMOUS amount of noise that could be heard everywhere in the house 24/7. Upstairs toilet required constant plunging. 4PM check-in is a little late."
