"About a mile to Blackwater Falls and about the same to town. Very close to the gas station and a pizza place. The unit has everything you need, but if there’s anything you forgot, you aren’t far from the grocery store and a Dollar General! Great communication with the owner and her local person. Might be cozy for more than 2 people, but it was a nice place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and then the two twins in the second room were great for the kids. The location was excellent for exploring the Davis region. Less than a five minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and brewery. Five minute drive to Blackwater Falls State Park. Lots of great hiking in the area and I'm sure it's a great location for ski enthusiasts in the winter. Just be aware, the apartment is on the second floor of a two unit building. We will definitely stay again if in the area."

"The property was more than we were expecting, especially for the price! House got wverything you need from bed sheets to all the kitchen supplies. Nice quiet area, walkable distamce to local shops and restaurants. Black Water Falls and nice hiking trails are 10 minutes away. 2 Ski resorts are 15 minites from the house - perfect location. House is a little older, but in a good condition and very clean! You can see that proertt has been taken care of! Overall great stay! Highly recommend! "

"Our family of four stayed for two nights and used this as a home base for a skiing at White Grass, tubing at Canaan Valley Resort, and hiking at Blackwater Falls State Park. The home was well-appointed, and the hosts were very welcoming... they live right next door and are available to help if needed. The home is full lovely antique furniture and was very comfortable for us. Love that they are dog friendly!"
