Fantastic 2BR, 2.5BA townhome near all the skiing, hiking, fishing and biking activities in the CanaanValley. Includes 1 queen bed, a twin over full bunk, and 2 full baths. Full kitchen and Laundry

Davis is a central town along the Blackwater river with bars, restaurants, some shopping, and grocery. Check out our House manual for recommendations in the area!

A car is necessary, but you can walk most places in town and there are plenty of biking trails verynearby. Please only one car parked outside the unit and please park as close to the unit as possible,and on the gravel. Additional cars can be parked up the back on the parking pad accessible from therear lane or on the street.

Great stay!
Above and beyond! Great find in downtown Davis and very quiet. Comfy beds, over sized towels, plenty of blankets! Just a few things that made our stay enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back- hoping for better weather

Wonderful Stay
Just came back from a great time in Davis, WV - the townhouse was just as advertised and so central to all of the hiking we wanted to do and everything we could need. The owner was super responsive and the house was well stocked. The town is small but everyone was so friendly and the drive in was gorgeous. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great time!! Location was perfect for walking around town but was still quiet and relaxing. We weren’t inside much since it was so beautiful outside but when inside it was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location
Loved how this property was walking distance to the local eateries and watering holes. We were hiking on this trip, and it’s perfectly suited to get to the many public lands in the area as well. The property owners were quick to respond when having any questions. Great stay!

The house was great base to do a variety of the many activities Canaan Valley has to offer. We liked being able to walk to the restaurants in Davis. The fireplace was awesome for anwinter stay.

Few days of hiking
This property was perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults 3 teens. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and even had extra towels and bedding. It is right downtowns Davis and you can walk almost everywhere. During spring break not everything was open, but we found plenty to do still. There is some great hiking around here with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and cozy place for our family to spend Christmas together. It was a cold weekend in Davis so we spent most of our time inside but the home is conveniently located to all the local attractions. Few steps to Main Street shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed condo
This wonderful condo is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants in Davis. You can also bike from the front door to some great mountain bike trails. The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great getaway. Perfect accommodations for our family of four.

Wonderful place,great stay
This townhouse was very clean, well-stocked with all provisions & very convenient to hiking trails and eateries. I have stayed in larger houses, but none so well kept. The rooms were well-decorated, the beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with almost everything that you would need to prepare home meals. I will definitely be back and oh yeah, my dog loved it too.

In the heart of Davis
Very nice home right in the heart of Davis. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything that you would need. The bathrooms were stocked too. Several restaurants and other establishments were just steps away. We now know where we can go when visiting our family in Davis. Thank you Cameron for allowing us to stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Great weekend getaway
The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed; beds and furniture were very comfortable and the linens were in great shape. It's in a really convenient spot in town, walkable to Stumptown and Sirianni's as well as a park across the street that my dog thoroughly enjoyed. The owner/property manager was very responsive and friendly. One note, the TV streaming could be skippy at times over the apps, but other than that the wifi was reliable for teleworking and everything was great. Definitely recommend the place.
