"This was the perfect stay for what we needed (and more). I packed a ton of books and toys for our kids, but they didn't touch a single one. The house had a bin of toys, a bunch of games (we played candyland), stuffed animals in every room, and even a workout room we did a fun family workout in! The weather was just cold enough that we decided against s'mores, but we hung out by the water and promised the kids we'll be back when it's warmer.We also brought our dog, who we may not bring next time. While the house is definitely pet-friendly (she LOVED sitting on the porch and playing with the dog toys that were set up for her), she really struggled with the stairs. You can see through them, so from the middle of the first to second floors, you can see all the way down to the basement below you. She wasn't thrilled. Aside from this, everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and better stay, and we look forward to coming back when it's warm enough to enjoy the outdoor space! "
