"Convenient, friendly staff, everything was as expected. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day morning so every reason for staff to be a bit irritated! They weren’t. Especially appreciated as we were visiting my son in hospital and cheerful, pleasant, professional staff helped ease the stress. Lady doing breakfast was superb!"

"Laura was lovely when we checked in. We felt really welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant was clised that evening but we were directed to some eateries a few mjnutes walk away and had a lovely meal. Drinks from the hotel bar were very reasonably priced and we had a good breakfast in the morning. The lady who organised our breakfast and check out was also great. Overall, a lovely, welcoming hotel "

"Very comfortable room. Quite large in size. Could easily park my car in front of room, which was convenient. Walk to restaurant for a good meal. Staff were great. Good location too. "

"Wonderful two night stay. Like others I noted some of the mixed reviews but our stay was excellent. This is a 3* hotel and easily hits the mark, yes a few areas with wear ‘n tear but room and bathroom was clean, restaurant was really nice serving good food and a wide choice. Staff were all excellent; we’d definitely stay again if in the area!!"
