"The hotel simply needs renovation. Especially the toilets, cause the showerig cabin was in pretty bad shape. Additionaly, to get to the only electrical socket in the room i had to shift the table. Still, it ws pretty clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Everyone was friendly. Loved our room. It was on the corner of the building. Well lit with windows on two sides. Had both the screen for privacy and blackout shades. "This hostel has everything we needed from clean facilities, warm heating, electric kettle, cooking amenities to stove and even a breakfast option in the morning! Parking is a bit small but available and we had a wonderful comfortable sleep in. "We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."

"A stone’s throw (okay, a 5 minute walk) from the bus station made this location perfect. The room/apartment was truly wonderful, and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much welcomed. Sun didn’t set until 10pm and rose at 4:30."
