The staff was so friendly and helpful. They arranged lunch, an early breakfast and a massage for my family. The room was spacious, the roof is amazing (with a view) and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend staying here if you love that homey feel and like you are with family. Truly loved the whole place from the set up to the lovely and kind staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We liked that it was a short walk to town but not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Small, quiet hotel well situated for foot access to the town. Clean and comfortable with a nice, but unusually, served (not buffet) breakfast. 24 hour availability of hot drinks appreciated.

This was an adorably hippie hotel in a great location. We were able to walk downtown to all of the dining and shopping options. Easy off-street parking next to hotel. The service was fantastic - receptionist on site 24/7 - and they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a huge serving and they accommodate allergies well.

The people make you feel so comfortable. More like visiting a friends large a5econd home than staying in a hotel. Felt like i was being treated to breakfast by my mother (until my wife reminded me that we may be older than her). Everyone cares. Basic service - no TV etc and a bit rustic. $3us uber to downtown. Near the lookout and a great restaurant also with views (where we enjoyed a fabulous dinner). Book your stay!

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had no idea how important the POI paper is until they told us, because the pass port officer did not inform us. Please do not through it away and keep it in a safe place!!! Furthermore the breakfast was exceptional especially because we had not electricity for about 1 hour before - I have no idea how they managed it!!! Just perfect. Good tips about restaurants in neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around town and port area. Very nice can highly recommend it

Boutique hotel with amazing service.
Downright one of the best stays we have had anywhere traveling. Hotel has a ton of character, cozy and service that is outstanding. The viewpoint on the top floor where you can sip your wine or coffee while enjoying the views of the city or sea is extraordinary. The service is amazing and they went out of the way to always ensure that we had something to eat if we were leaving before the breakfast timing. Hector & Rodrigo even helped us track down a phone we had misplaced while taking a Uber and Josefina ensured we were taken care of post check-in. Hard to match that selfless service with warmth.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The customer service is unmatched. The highlight was the hotel staff who were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we need both in the hotel and tips for exploring the area. We booked the triple family room and it was very spacious and clean. The overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful and comfy. We unfortunately weren’t able to try the breakfast because of very early tours each day, but the hotel staff made us snack bags to take with us each early morning. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the area stay here.

Great boutique hotel with a warm and welcoming staff and management! The hotel arranged for a cab to and from the bus station and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable during her stay. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and plentiful!
