"Room is small but sufficient for a short stay. Only one hotel lift accessible to hotel rooms thus very busy lift. Most of the guests use staircase if room was not too high up."

"Great location in centre of Cardiff. Cardiff centre is lovely and full of independent shops as well as the usual national chains. Great selection of restaurant’s and nightlife too. Unfortunately our room left a lot to be desired. The bedside lights didn’t work, the bathroom tap spewed water everywhere and the shower head didn’t stay at the correct height. Despite reporting these issues to receptionist nothing was rectified or acknowledged on checkout. "
