Only drawback was rubbish on sidewalk left by unhoused, I was worried about my car being broken into, & steps out front are uneven, perhaps painting the edge white would help prevent tripping. "I wasnt sure what i rented until i got there and realized it was a house. I didn't have my code but they were nice about it. It is a bit confusing to find because the house was painted but you could do far worse then ending up here for the price. Nice TV but the room is small."
