"We felt so welcome and pampered at this gorgeous resort. We were greeted and helped with our luggage, the Staff took care of our meal orders , grabbed extra towels for our excursion, made beautiful drinks. The rooms had a lovely view of the river and the sound lulled us to sleep. Gorgeous spot!"

"The cabins are perfect just a few minutes drive outside of San Ignacio but feels like in the middle of nowhere. Rose and Rod are awesome hosts helping with booking of last minute tours and any info we needed. The grounds around the cabin are perfect. Thanks for a great stay "

"The checking process was the most pleasant due to customer service agent was rude. However, the other front desk agent Christopher was ver friendly and very helpful. I paid about $700US for two bedrooms suite a night. I personally don’t think this hotel is worth the price. The carpet in the hotel is worn out and needs cleaning. The throw pillows and rugs in our rooms were very dusty. The hot tub on the balcony was dirt. The hotel it needs some repair and upkeep to charge this price for a...
