We had to move twice because of loud noise from the street and excessive humidity in the next room. The staff were very attentive to our concerns and made sure that we were comfortable and that the air conditioning worked properly. We even received a letter of apology, free snacks and an offer for a late checkout....

"The entire staff was great very friendly very professional. I enjoyed my stay the room is great you have your own space to put your luggage and put lock. Everyday someone comes to clean your room and put new towels and the bathroom has enough toilets and showers to accommodate everyone."
