"May the receptionist was absolutely amazing, from a double booking by Expedia (will never use again twice we’ve been sent to double booked places on same holiday) but May organised a stop at an alternative hotel and transport she was great more than we can say for Expedia Hotel was near back of town but nice and quite with great staff also room very clean."

"We were a bit apprehensive about our choice not realizing it was a 2* hotel but were pleasantly surprised. Great for a one night stay. Hotel was clean, rooms were a good size and location to Chalong Pier was great. Just an FYI there is no elevator so hefting a heavy suitcase up 2 or 3 floors could be a challenge for some. "

"I checked in right around 130 am on new years. And I get that it’s a holiday but there was no staff to check me and 2 other girls in. We slept on a chair until morning until staff showed up. The key that I received did not work with the door of our shared room. Some safety concerns there. Although, the location is pretty good. "

The rorters charged me $75 one night for a bed without facilities! Peoples holidays were ruined! Wotif refunded my booking less one night that was a nightmare!
