"Hard to live here without a car, it’s far from downtown in a city without much commotion. Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary at night. The staff is excellent, the food at the buffet was delicious, our room was comfortable and even more so with the outdoor hot tub made it lovely. I had several shiatsu massages at the hotel wellness area with wonderful massage persons. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "
