"I enjoyed the area and it was close to the train. I would have enjoyed a slightly later check out time but they did let us check in early. The elevators were very slow but it was a big building with many guests. Enjoyed the onsen every night."

"APA Hotels are consistent: small rooms, but everything works. This one was just fine. Very close to metro stop. Walkable into Shinjuku for shopping and food (about 1.5km or so). Walkable to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for the views from the top floor."

"Nice hotel. Good location. Clean but shower was a little grimey at the bottom. Oddly when I asked for help with bringing my luggage down to the lobby they said no - very odd and unhelpful. Staff speak broken English - it could be better. To avoid waste they keep toiletries in the lobby which I liked. "
