"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. "I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

"The hotel was cute and comfortable. The mattress are hard, not soft. The shower valve gives only hot or cold, not warm. I tried to adjust to warm by twisting the knob. It clicks. One click towars one side or the other and you get all hot or all cold water. It was uncomfortable temperature either way. Other than that, i liked the hotel."
