"Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly. The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything. Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced."

"The onsens were a highlight, beautiful and spacious with indoor and outdoor baths. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. There is a new section with lounge/reception and restaurant and the old building has the onsens. It is not difficult getting between them via car park or indoor corridor. "Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "

"Great location, convenient to train station (about a 3 minute walk). My room overlooked the train tracks - I had initial concerns about noise, but my view of the shinkansen whizzing past every few minutes was incredible. I did wear earplugs at night to block out the sound of freight trains going past. Breakfast was a simple ochazuke and tea. I would stay here again if visiting Atami or needed to stay near the train station."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was specially great with so many selections. Parking was free and easy, and the property was next to the beautiful park which we enjoyed the peak season of cherry blossoms. We had a room with full view of beautiful Mt.Fuji. We would stay here again, probably during the autumn color season. "
