"The building was old but very well furnished! Comfortable rooms, spacious. The onsen was fantastic. The guest house was understaffed, but the receptionist was kind. I would absolutely reccomend this place to stay, especially to make use of the Hakone FreePass! The Ropeway and the pirate ship were 15 minites away walking and the bus stop for the H and J lines were right outside the property."

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...
