They will accommodate your needs, however, we had to remind the staff of my partners food allergies a few times as the menu did not initially follow the food restrictions. "The town is lovely and the hotel is the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip, or even the weekend! Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. "This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "
