"Modern room and pretty good value. The massage chair in the room was a really nice feature and super welcomed after long days walking around. The windows don't open so the room would get really hot unless you wanted to miss the great view by keeping the curtains constantly closed. The hotel is well-situated close to various subway stations. Nice staff, but sticklers on time-keeping - when we arrived 10mins before the check-in time, they said we had to wait for the check-in time, which felt a bit...

"Perfect location near Shinjuku Station. The airport limousine bus stops here at various times during the day or it is a five minute walk to the bus terminal / NEX train. Some rooms are a little small, I could almost reach across the room from side to side. There is a hot water pot and refrigerator in the room."
