Our flight wasn't until the evening and checkout was at 11, but the staff storeed our luggage so we could go out and enjoy our day and then set us up with airport shuttle when we returned. They were friendly and helpful. The Honderan restaurant directly across the street was a great dinner without needing an Uber or a long walk. "

"This was the best hotel room that I’ve stayed at in 3 years. And, I’ve stayed in at least 50 different hotels in U.S. and other countries these past 3 years. My room was large with a newer 50” TV, business desk & chair, 6’ couch and excellent modern interior. "

"We were in a room for 4. There were only 2 towels & wash clothes & no pillows for the pull our couch. Call down to housekeeping & they said they would bring things up. Four hours later called again & they finally came a hour later. Not impressed "
