"i actually remounted the door safety lock as it was barely held on by 1 screw. Used glue and toothpicks to reseat and secure the latch knob on the door side. Also, had to tighten the toilet seat to the bowl as it was quite loose and almost unusable. Seemed to be red wax on the wall behind the toilet. "

Also, one of the house keepers didn’t want to give us extra towels, she said it’s only 2 per room and we had 3 people so are people expected to share?
