"The property was great value for money. Reasonably priced but with quality rooms and amenities. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. "Location is great! The rooms are a bit small but the bed and facilities are all great. Right next to a subway station and 10 min walk to Osaka Station. Lots of restaurants by the hotel too and a great spa on 2nd floor. Thank you! "

"I like this property, close to train station and walkable from Namba (Doutonbori) and Ebisucho (ShinSekai). There’s a convenient store across the street. Staff are very helpful and respectful. The breakfast buffet are good but the food menu repeats every other day. "

"We loved the all day ice cream and bread at breakfast. It was a great spot, and having bikes out the front to hire was also really beneficial for us to see around the city. "

"Located a short stroll away from the west exit of Osaka station. Very convenient. And though it’s next to the station it is not as noisy as I thought it would be. Also, having a later check out time is a plus for me. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Osaka. "
