"Property was in an excellent location, walking distance to many great restaurants and Seneca Lake! It was also a quick drive to many delicious wineries on the north end of Seneca Lake. Communication with Karen was so easy as well and she made check in and check out a breeze! The unit itself felt very safe and was so clean. It had many nice amenities and was so spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Finger Lakes! Only minor concern is that we could hear cars on the street...

"I was excited to stay here with my family, but pull up to a big muddy construction site, so there is no yard to play in like the picture shows, also understand that there is someone staying in the basement with a cat and a dog, and best of all was the man that came out of the downstairs apartment amd began talking to my 14 year old daughter and let her know he was house sitting. I contacted Orbitz because we will not be staying there, and they said the best they could do was to send the owner...
