Hotel inside lacked detail to cleaning of corners and vacuuming of room. There was a lot of small details missed in cleaning. Breakfast was good, the neighborhood was marked with police offices and did not seem safe to be out off property later at night.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The photos need to be updated. Prior to our arrival we were a little skeptical about the look of the room but wanted to stay due to location and having a pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the room was clean, it was in need of updates ... broken AC, wooden furniture looked overused was no longer polished, lights were out, toilet paper bar missing, refrigerator froze our food.

Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. check in is 3pm. We booked a handicap accessible room. You would think they would make sure that was ready in time. The kitchen had no gluten-free options for my daughter when asked. There was no milk for cereal at the breakfast buffet. None. They admitted they had no milk. Will not stay at this hotel again.
