"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. "Really enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks ,we are O.A.P. and felt perfectly safe around the apartments which were well equipped, & safe at the local bars.I would recommend these apartments have already booked for October. "

"Our stay was good . The food was varied and plentyful. Unfortunately what let it down was they allowed people to vape in the dining room which was unpleasant and the dress code needs to be addressed there were people walking around in very minimal revealing clothing which was very offputting when trying to enjoy a nice meal . Over all a good stay and a great room . "
