"First ever stay in a hostel & I enjoyed every moment. I felt safe, comfortable & relaxed the whole time. Nest felt like a little community & everyone was so friendly and welcoming. "I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "

"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. "Good place to stay in the heart of very nice small town of Vilaflor. Really good value for money. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. Bus connections here are fairly good, but only one bus per day to Teide, which can be full to the last seat.
