"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."

"Good stay overall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was free, hot, and plentiful (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc…) The staff members were friendly. The property itself needs some TLC though. There were broken floor tiles, the fixtures in our room’s bathtub were loose, the door lock for one of the main floor restroom stalls was broken, and 3 of the 4 elevators were also broken. The 4th elevator worked most of the time, but froze sometimes,...

"I really enjoyed just all of the staff smiling and welcoming as you come and go. The area was perfect plenty to do or eat around the place. Will also add how clean and comfortable the building was."

"This is a very nice Hotel in Westlake with lots of space in the lobby to meet up with friends and family. The meeting room is nice and the staff are terrific. "

"The check-in staff was not very helpful. They seemed very overwhelmed and were unable to print me a receipt. They said that would have to email it which still has not happened."

"The hotel was convenient for a stip enroute to Chicago from Maryland. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Staff was VERY nice. A cute bar in the basement and Becky was an excellent host."

"No tea and coffee station in the lobby when restaurant is closed after 10 am or 10 pm. Lower priced places usually have this, so I expect it here."
