The hotel is in a great location near Crocker Park, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Parking is easy with plenty of space, and they offer a decent breakfast to start the day.
However, the rooms are quite dated. The carpets are stained, and I noticed some blackened electrical outlets, which was concerning. Additionally, I observed that the check-in staff had to stand the entire time. While I understand the management may want them to appear attentive and professional, providing them with chairs would show basic consideration for their comfort. It's a small gesture but an important one for employee well-being.
