"Convenient location in downtown Cleveland, very friendly staff, access to connected parking garage if you don’t want to valet, great restaurant in hotel. Only improvement would be room could have been cleaner."

"Short walk to the House of Blues in a very safe and quiet part of the city. The hotel was beautiful and clean. And who wouldn't like breakfast and dinner with drinks included with the room stay? Food was exceptional. I will stay here any time i go to Cleveland!"

"Very lovely hotel, one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in. BIG SPACIOUS lobby, breakfast and bar areas. Room was comfy clean and nice. Not much around the hotel as far as eateries go. Staff was welcoming and pleasant, BIG THANKS to them. "

"Tabitha was excellent! She even recommended great place to eat which we also great choices! Thank you Tabitha! Room was clean and hotel overall was quiet. I loved the fact that I was given a choice to have a room next to the elevator or far away. "
