Booked a stay here so we could check out surrounding areas - the location seems sketchy because it's near an abandoned mall but the hotel looks brand new and is very clean. My whole family got good nights sleep and it was very quiet.

Nice comfortable stay.
Newer property so very clean. Comfortable and spacious double room and bathroom. No restaurants near by but a nice restaurant on the property. Walls are a bit thin - lucky I had quiet neighbors. EXTREMELY welcoming front desk and housekeeping team.

Service by hotel staff was great, particularly Elizabeth, the cafeteria did not open one day and the staff was corteous but could improve a lot, I saw dirty shirts and finger nails, I guess you want the people hancling your food as clean as possible.

My family and I really enjoyed the promptness of the staff if you had an issue. You could tell that the Hotel was a little understaffed which led to some of the unsanitary issues that we encountered and the upkeep of the facilities but all in all it was a good experience.
