"Enjoy the stay . Just disappointing you wouldn’t apply the loyalty stamp for this stay. All because I booked through a different avenue . But still stayed and spent money during my stay. I stay with you for a number of reasons but this has put me off"

"Lovely location and good hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hallways were very noisy/creeky and stairwells were dated. Good bar area and restaurant, with a very good breakfast. Unfortunately the evening meal service was not available, no prior notice was given of this and alternative plans had to be made."

"On arrival was concerned as there was wedding taking place at the hotel, lots of people. We were greeted by Rose on reception who was friendly and informative. We stayed in room 111 which had a wonderful view of the sea and st bees head, I found this to be very impressive, the room was comfortable with heating and tea making facilities. Our room was quiet and we didn't get disturbed by the wedding. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and walked up at bees head which is a must if you stay...

"My second time in a year to the Lake District. Great Hotel and excellent rooms. My room was flooded with light and a big comfortable bed. Heating was great and the house keeping. The breakfasts are fantastic and certainly worth the indulgence. It’s located in a lovely village, with breweries, pubs, tea rooms and local craft shops. I highly recommend a stay. "
