"Suites pretty decent size. Beautiful views of the bay. The rooms have added security where you have to scan your access key card to a security door before entering hallway to your room. I love the remote-controlled curtains and room setup basic yet elegantly modern. Train station, dining, shopping mall, outlet, convenient are all walking distance. "

"I stayed in a Superior Double Non-smoking Room for 6 nights on level 8 of the hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. The room was small but to be expected in Japan and for the price paid. I only had 1 full size luggage so was manageable. Importantly it was clean and bed was comfortable. As it's winter, I would open the window slightly to cool the room as the centralised air-conditioning was emitting hot air though this can be turned off. "Needed a quick one night stay with a breakfast option since I had flight delays. Hotel was very easy to get to from kansai airport. Quick self check in, right up to room. It was clean and easy to use for a foreigner. Breakfast was awesome and even though I was not able to book the free shuttle I took a taxi back to the airport to take the train I needed. Views were nice. "

"APA hotel was a pleasant stay. The rooms were small, but had all the necessities needed. Location was close to the JR station, and an 8-10 minute walk from the Namba train station. The hotel also has a public bath separated by gender which is free for guests to use. The check in process was self-service, and can have glitches with the machine, which made the process a little frustrating. The staff however were helpful. "

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. Staffs speaks great English. Only draw back we requested room clean-up after 2nd night however we only got towels hanging on the front door. We would recommend this hotel!"
