"I liked the thermal pools at this property. Carpet needs a deep cleaning or removed entirely. Lots of cobb webs in thr thermal pool area. Lights were a nice touch in the thermal pool but needed maintenance as quite a fee weren't working. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was more than expected. Overall a nice stay"

"Our stay was wonderful! The room was great. Downstairs we had a kitchette, dinner room table, sitting area and bathroom. The bedroom was upstairs. We had a private patio with a hot tub and the parking was right outside your door. Check in and check out was simple enough. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A friendly welcome from the reception team. Apartment was a studio with kitchenette on the top floor. It was clean, spacious, had good amenities and was close to shops and restaurants. The view of Picton harbour from our balcony was absolutely amazing, we could’ve stayed there all day watching the works go by. One night was not long enough!"

"Parking is provided on site right in front of our room of which is really great. We have issue in finding lots of ants in the kitchen when we checked in. Staff gave us ant killer and that helped a little bite. We were able to find them came and gone during our two days stay. That happened to us in another location in New Zealand during our 2 weeks trip. It may be ant is very common here. Overall our experience of staying in this property is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of eateries...
