"They put me in a nice small room with a private bath first by mistake (I had paid for a private with a shared bath) and the second next day confronted me as if it were my fault and moved me. The new room was a tin/block structure on the roof (in the tropics with just a fan), 6x6.5 feet (I measured). The twin bed touched the walls on either end and the door barely opened. It was technically what I had paid for, but anyone else would have left their mistake lie and comped me the room they had...
