I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "
