"Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport."

"When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay."

"Hotel entrance was nice but once we got to the room it was dirty and filthy! There were 2 cockroaches but when we contacted the stuff they said it was normal. The shower were dirty and I didn’t want to step a foot inside we were scared of fungus and contagious deseases. They didn’t provided a charged due to the outlets are different, they refused a late check out, they charged us money to keep the luggage’s for a late pick up, overall an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel to...
