"Location! Location! Location! A skip and a hop from the beautiful Ha Long Bay. We took a memorable walk along the bay and then went in the opposite direction to enjoy yummy local food. To top it off, the service and cleanliness of the rooms were amazing as well as how quiet it was! Definitely the place I’d stay again at Ha Long Bay. "

"The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. "

"We hired the whole boat and that made it an even more magical experience! Halong bay was amazing, but the Aman Junk boat experience was amazing. Boat was a big run down, but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meals were amazing. Only problem was Expedia advertised meals etc included but it was all extra!"

"The cruise was amazing! The cabins are very clean and have extensive bathrooms with a huge tub. The ship is large and has many decks so you can get all the views of the karsts. The staff were friendly, funny, and skilled: our hosts Mr. Smiley and Mr. Milky went out of their way to talk to everyone and make sure they felt welcome. The dinner and lunch on the first day were insane! Each meal was 5+ courses of amazing food. At night, we got to go squid fishing, which was very fun! "

"Hotel condition was very good but,poor receptionist service even hardly speak English.They told us breakfast including in your booking but next day they told us not including.We did choose that hotel because our relative wedding party was there to be honest party organized very well but after we checked out on the way with our firends we had phone call they asking they couldn't find one tea spoon in the room we said check again do you think we took it? After 5 min later we got second phone call...

"Average hotel. Nothing much to complaint except a moldy smell in the room due to the room being empty for a while. Near to Vincom Centre and wet market is a plus. "

"Enjoyed the stay. Kids took the bunk beds and the adult couples took a bedroom each. Kitchen and dining room were clean. Surrounding area ideal for walking / jogging. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended for large family group of 10-15 people. "
